Photo accuracy

I aim to accurately and comprehensively represent each painting.
However, considering the potential variations in colors across different monitors, my best endeavor is to capture the image as I see it and share it on my website


Returns, exchanges

Our commitment is to ensure that your online art acquisition experience matches the standards of in-person purchases, whether in a gallery or studio. However, we understand that investing in a work of art can be stressful. Will the painting go with my interior, is the size the right one... So to help you choose the painting that suits you, I can create mockups of your house with different paintings. All you have to do is contact me, send me a photo of the wall you want to decorate, with the length of the wall (if the wall is empty) or the length of the piece of furniture above which your paintings will be placed, and I will send you the photos with paintings of your choice.

If the artwork received doesn't fully align with your expectations, we're here to facilitate a seamless return process.
You have the option to exchange the piece for another selection from our current inventory or receive a full refund if none of our offerings resonate with you.
We do request that the artwork is returned to us in impeccable condition, as we strive for each piece to be cherished by its new owner, regardless of whether it was originally purchased or received as a gift.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us within 3 days after receiving your painting, via hello@oliviamilione.com, with "RETURN" in the subject line.
Please note that the cost of return shipping to our studio is your responsibility.
Additionally, we request that you retain the original packaging, as it is essential for ensuring the safe return of the artwork.
Alternatively, if you're located in Calgary, you're welcome to personally drop off the painting at our studio.


Taxes , tracking number…

Import tax and duties may apply to international sales and are the responsibility of the buyer.
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information and some order may require a signature upon arrival
Olivia Milione is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items 
All precautions are taken by the artist to ensure the artwork is packaged safely and securely. 
That beiing said, do not hesitate to contact me so that I can try to help you with the customer service of the delivery service. (Paintings are in all cases insured, for greater peace of mind)

Typo errors


Despite the numerous verifications, a typo can occur so quickly. Olivia Milione reserves the right to cancel a sale in case of a typo on the price of an artwork or the shipping fees (both rates being calculated based on the size of a painting, as well as the weight for shipping costs).
